Name: Deptford Pink Dianthus armeria.

Description: Leaf: Needle like.

Flower: Pink, 1/2 inch wide, and flowers from May to September.

Stem: Slender, stiff.

Form: Prairie Flower.

Discussion:

Distribution: The Deptford Pink can be found along roadsides and dry fields.
